Shipping in Romania

Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day leave the same day. Delivery is 1-2 working days in Bucharest and Ilfov, and 2-3 working days everywhere else in Romania. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

One flat courier fee, charged at what the courier charges us — it is printed in the cost breakdown of every order. Shipping is free above a set order value, announced with the first batch. Cash on delivery is available and adds the courier's own collection fee, shown before you confirm.

You get an AWB tracking number by email the moment the parcel is scanned by the courier. If tracking has not moved for two working days, write to us with the AWB and we chase the courier ourselves.

We ship anywhere in Romania to home addresses, offices, and courier lockers. We do not ship outside Romania yet. Deliveries to addresses without a valid phone number cannot be completed by the courier and are returned to us.

Refuse a visibly damaged parcel at the door or note the damage on the courier's document, then send us photos within 48 hours. Confirmed damage in transit is replaced at our cost. A parcel not delivered within 10 working days counts as lost and is replaced or refunded in full.
