Refund policy

The site is pre-launch, so there are no orders, payments or refunds to process today. This policy is published in advance so you can read the terms before the first batch goes on sale, and it applies to every order from that day.

For distance purchases, Romanian OUG 34/2014 gives you 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw without giving any reason. Tell us in writing to the contact email, return the product, and we refund the full amount paid, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return.

On top of the statutory 14 days we give 30 calendar days from delivery, with no restocking fee. Sealed, unopened, undamaged product returned inside 30 days gets a full refund including the original shipping fee. Return shipping is on you unless the fault was ours.

If the product is faulty, not what was described, or damaged in transit, the legal guarantee of conformity applies: repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, at our cost, including both shipping legs. Send the batch number from the lid and photos. We do not require the tub back before acting on an obvious fault.

The law excludes sealed goods returned unsealed where health protection or hygiene makes return impossible. In practice: an opened tub cannot be resold, so an opened tub returned only because you disliked the taste or texture is not refundable. Product used past its printed expiry date, product spoiled after delivery by heat or moisture, and orders where the batch number cannot be identified are also excluded. This never limits your rights over a genuinely faulty product.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you give us. We aim to pay within 5 working days of receiving the return, and never later than the 14 days the law allows.

Write to the contact email and we answer within one working day. You can also take a complaint to ANPC (anpc.ro), use the EU online dispute resolution platform, or go to the competent Romanian courts.
