This website is operated by #NEED2BLEED, a Romanian business in the process of registration. The registered name, registration number, VAT status and contact details appear at the bottom of every page and are completed before the first sale. Using this site means you accept these terms.

The site presents the brand, a prototype product and a launch waiting list. It is not a shop: no product can be bought, no payment is taken, no order is formed and no contract of sale exists. Prices, cost breakdowns and product specifications shown here are illustrative examples of how we intend to publish costs, not offers, and they can change before launch.

The tub shown on the home page is a design prototype with a draft label. Claims about ingredients, dosage, purity and third-party testing describe what the first batch is intended to be. They become binding product information only when a real batch, with a real label and a real lab report, goes on sale.

Nothing on this site is medical advice or a health claim. Food supplements do not treat, prevent or cure any disease and do not replace a varied diet. If you are under 18, pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, talk to a doctor or pharmacist before using any supplement.

Joining the launch list requires a valid email address that is yours to use, and your consent. Do not submit other people's addresses. We may remove any address that looks fake, abusive or automated, and we may close the list at any time.

The #NEED2BLEED name, the wordmark, the label artwork, the site text and the product visuals belong to us or are used with permission. The prototype tub visual was produced for this site; the underlying label design is the founder's own. You may quote or link to the site; you may not copy the branding onto products, packaging or merchandise.

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep the information correct and the site online but do not guarantee either. To the extent Romanian law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

Write to the contact email first — we answer within one working day. These terms are governed by Romanian law, and disputes fall to the competent Romanian courts. As a consumer you can also contact ANPC (anpc.ro) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform, and nothing in these terms takes those routes away.

We can update these terms; the version on this page, with the date at the bottom, is the one that applies. Material changes are announced to the launch list.
