Returns and refunds

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to tell us you want to return. Once we receive the product back, the refund is issued within 5 working days to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you provide.

Sealed, unopened, undamaged product returned within 30 days: full refund including the original shipping fee. Return shipping is on you unless the fault was ours.

Clumped powder, an off smell, a wrong or under-dosed scoop, a broken seal or a batch number that does not match the published lab report: send us the batch number from the lid and photos. We replace it or refund it in full, including both shipping legs. No requirement to send the tub back before we act.

Opened tubs returned only because you did not like the taste or texture, product used past its printed expiry date, product damaged after delivery by heat or moisture, and orders where the batch number cannot be identified.

Email us the order number and batch number, with photos if the tub is open. We reply within one working day with the return label or the refund confirmation. No forms, no phone queues.
